it's a very motivating book. if you were someone who wants to start your own business but is afraid of risk or loss or lack of experience, and you do want to start your business, you should probably read this book. it will make you WANT to do it more than anything.
However, this book provides nothing but motivation. you won't find any actual business plans or strategies in here.
Mike Michalowicz second book "The Pumpkin Plan" talks more about strategies.
